Benjamin is our customer happiness officer. He only has one job, to ensure that our customers are happy. Do you have a question regarding your current file? Then Benjamin is your guy. Even more so, Benjamin will do his very best to anticipate your question and answer your question before you even think of it.
Benjamin, thanks to his experience at BTI & Beobank, has loads of experience in customer service and as file manager. He studied at the Artevelde Hogeschool and holds a degree in business management/legal practice. He is currently working hard on obtaining his master's degree in law in addition to work.
